I am yet to understand how Floridians can continue to be so casual about hurricanes after all they've been through.<BR/><BR/>What also peeves me is that people in FL are now saying that they are living the life of 3rd world countries, i.e, no light, no water, etc. Dem outa order! Not that there isn't some truth to the statement, but from where I sit, 3rd world countries have been recovering much better after hurricanes than FL has. I mean, to wait till 22/11 to get back electricity, we had back light less than a week after Ivan, and I mean like 2 or 3 days after.
